We are looking for an experienced Student Counsellor to support the academic, social, emotional, and personal development of our students. The successful candidate will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership to promote student wellbeing and create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology & Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology is mandatory.
• Professional counselling certification or license is prefered.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as Psychologists/ Student counsellor, preferably within a school or educational setting.
  

Skills

• Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents and teachers
• Effective record-keeping, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and student welfare practices.
