Role Description
digitalfarm is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager – Social Media to manage key client accounts and oversee the planning and delivery of social-first strategies and campaigns. This role requires a strong client leader with hands-on experience in managing social media operations, content strategies, and campaign execution within an agency environment.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into impactful social campaigns. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality output, mentor junior team members, and support leadership in growing both accounts and the wider social media team.
This position is ideal for an ambitious professional who is ready to step into a leadership role while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day management of accounts and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for social media accounts.
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Oversee campaign planning, content calendar development, and creative briefing.
- Review and approve content, ensuring accuracy, creativity, and brand alignment.
- Manage RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations.
- Lead regular client meetings and internal team check-ins.
- Support and mentor junior team members in developing their skills.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations.
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery across all client work.
- Stay informed about platform updates, trends, and emerging best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in an account management role at an agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in content strategy, social media planning, and client communication.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with major social platforms and social media analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the UAE market preferred.
- Arabic language skills are highly desirable.

- Must be based in Abu Dhabi.
- Must have prior social media agency experience.
