Senior Account Manager – Integrated Marketing & Communications

We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded, and AI-enabled Sr. Account Manager to lead integrated marketing and communications projects across a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with exceptional client management, overseeing campaigns from strategy through execution across multiple marketing disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary client lead, building trusted relationships and providing strategic counsel.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across branding, communications, social media, digital, creative, PR, influencer marketing, media, OOH, Radio, Print, experiential, website, SEO and performance marketing.
  • Develop integrated marketing, communication, campaign and social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets and cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, scopes of work, and support new business opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth while maintaining strong commercial performance.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve research, planning, ideation, reporting, presentations and overall productivity.

Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of agency experience, with proven UAE/GCC market exposure.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, communications, digital marketing, branding, media, campaign strategy and pitching.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent client servicing, presentation, communication and project management skills.
  • AI-literate, with the ability to integrate AI into day-to-day strategic and operational workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising or a related field.
