About the Role
We are seeking a senior accountant to manage all aspects of finance operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting for the group’s investment and acquisition activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations and reporting
- Manage VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll, and other statutory filings
- Handle banking, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Prepare monthly and annual management reports
- Conduct financial due diligence for acquisition opportunities
- Collaborate with legal and investment teams on contracts and compliance
Requirements
- 10+ years’ UAE experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE tax, labor, and compliance regulations
- Degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s preferred); professional certifications are a plus
- Strong analytical, advisory, and communication skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic/Persian is an advantage)
