Job Overview:

This role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly processes. The position manages journal postings, reconciliations, payables/receivables, VAT compliance, and fund flow while leading month-end and year-end closings. It also provides actionable financial insights, supports audits, and ensures efficient working capital management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, invoicing, and fund flow monitoring.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, collections, compliance checks, and reconciliations on a weekly basis.
• Lead month-end and year-end closings, ensuring timely preparation of accurate financial statements and VAT submissions.
• Manage fixed assets, stock counts, and working capital reporting.
• Act as the primary contact for internal/external audits and ensure statutory compliance.
• Timely and error-free financial closing & reporting.
• On-time VAT filings with zero compliance issues.
• Strong receivables collection and supplier settlement performance.
• Completion of reconciliations and audit readiness within defined timelines.

Who Fits the Legend’s Seat

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ in a senior role.
• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and reporting standards.
• Proven ability to lead closings, reconciliations, and audits with excellent analytical and communication skills.
