Senior Associate – Investment – UAEN
 

Job Purpose

Provides comprehensive support by conducting detailed research, analysis, and reporting on various real estate projects and investments.

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

1. Investment Research and Market Analysis

• Support the evaluation of new investment opportunities, joint ventures, and platform acquisitions through structured market, sector, and competitive analysis.
• Prepare clear and concise screening materials, research notes, and analytical summaries to support internal review and escalation to senior stakeholders.

2. Financial Modelling and Valuation

• Build, review, and maintain comprehensive financial models for investment opportunities, including DCF, IRR, MOIC, and scenario-based analyses.
• Maintain and update financial models throughout the transaction lifecycle to reflect diligence findings and negotiated terms.

3. Transaction Execution and Investment Support

• Support transaction execution activities across the full deal lifecycle, from initial screening through due diligence, structuring, and completion.
• Prepare detailed investment memoranda, valuation summaries, and supporting analysis for Investment Committee and senior management review.

4. Investment Materials and Presentation

• Support with the preparation of high-quality investment materials, including investment memoranda, valuation summaries, and Investment Committee presentations.
• Support senior team members in presenting investment opportunities and responding to stakeholder queries.

Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, finance, or a related field is required.

Experience

• At least 3+ years of experience in a related field.

• Ability to support in updating financial models and analysis of real estate assets.

Research Skills:

• Strong research capabilities to assist in gathering and analyzing real estate market data.

Data Management:

• Proficient in data collection, organization, and maintaining data integrity

Investment Analysis:

• Knowledge of investment analysis principles and methods.

Communication:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports and present findings.

Detail-Oriented:

• Attention to detail in analyzing financial statements and market data.

Team Player:

Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders.
