Business Development Specialist – Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist with a strong clinical background and an established network within the UAE healthcare sector
Key Responsibilities
Build, strengthen, and maintain referral relationships with:
• SEHA hospitals
• Private hospitals
• Healthcare facilities across Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
Coordinate and facilitate inpatient admissions from referral through admission.
Work closely with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth patient transition.
Identify and develop new referral opportunities while maintaining existing partnerships.
Requirements
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory
• Degree in:
• Physiotherapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Or another Allied Health/Rehabilitation specialty
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
• Existing professional relationships with SEHA hospitals and private healthcare providers (candidates should be able to demonstrate an active referral network)
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to generate and grow referral accounts
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
