About the Job

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Support the Content Manager in the end-to-end coordination of photography and video projects, from brief development and shoot planning through to delivery, archiving and final asset sharing.
• Coordinate shoot logistics including timelines, call sheets, shot lists, location access, talent, product requirements, internal approvals and cross-functional team alignment.
• Support the Content Manager during photography and video productions, including equipment preparation, lighting setup, camera assistance, location preparation and on-set coordination as required.
• Capture supporting photo and video content for social and digital channels when required, including organic, social-first and simple in-house content.
• Apply a strong practical understanding of photography, including camera operation, composition, lighting and basic post-production, with the ability to support content production when required.
• Assist with the development of content briefs that translate campaign, brand, PR, social media and commercial requirements into clear visual direction for photographers, videographers, agencies and production partners.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Film, Photography, Content Production or a related field from an accredited institution
• Certification or training in content production, photography, videography, editing software, digital asset management or social media content planning
• 3 – 5 years of experience in content coordination, photography, videography, social media content, marketing communications or creative production, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, travel or a premium brand environment
