Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our jewelry brand’s presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling ability, and experience in promoting luxury or fashion products online.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand identity and sales goals

Manage daily posting on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and WhatsApp Business

Create engaging content including reels, posts, stories, and captions focused on jewelry collections

Coordinate product photoshoots and short videos (in-house or with photographers)

Plan and manage social media calendars and festive / campaign posts

Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally

Run and optimize paid social media ads to generate leads and sales

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports

Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and influencer marketing opportunities

Collaborate with sales and design teams for promotions and launches

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

Experience in jewelry, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage

Strong visual sense and understanding of luxury branding

Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and influencer collaborations

Basic skills in tools like Canva, Adobe, or video editing apps

Understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads Manager preferred)

Excellent written communication skills in English & Arabic

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field

Experience handling Social media marketing,e-commerce and WhatsApp sales inquiries

Influencer marketing or UGC campaign experience

Preferring who can speak, write and read Arabic in Fluence – Native is a plus
