Role Overview Handles day-to-day operations for global legal entity maintenance. Leads on governance documentation and supports broader business needs. Gains structured exposure to the regulatory function to build regulatory understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of legal entities (incorporation to dissolution).
• Draft board/shareholder resolutions and statutory filings.
• Monitor QCore for upcoming company deadlines (Regulatory deadlines and otherwise) and data integrity.
• Update tasks on Asana and monitor updates from Corporate Services Administrator.
• Take ownership for updating tracker spreadsheets such as but not limited to:
• Invoice Tracker
• Budgets
• LEI
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality of outputs.
• Contribute to regulatory projects where corporate input is required.
• Attend select Regulatory team sessions for learning and collaboration.
• Strategic leadership positions.

Career Progression

• Development into Team Manager or Corporate Governance Lead.
• Cross-training for potential transition into Regulatory Administration or hybrid governance/compliance roles.
• Encouragement to pursue professional qualifications (e.g., CGI, paralegal or compliance certifications).
