Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical Financial Analyst to support strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The successful candidate will provide actionable financial insights to support decision-making and contribute to the organization’s continued growth. Candidates must have prior finance experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, consumer healthcare, or FMCG industry, preferably in a multinational organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models, forecasts, and business performance reports. 
• Analyze financial results and identify key business trends. 
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting activities. 
• Prepare management reports and executive presentations. 
• Monitor KPIs and recommend business improvement opportunities. 
• Conduct profitability and cost analysis across business functions. 
• Assist with investment evaluations and financial feasibility studies. 
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and finance teams. 
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities. 
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (CFA, CMA, ACCA, CPA) are advantageous.
• Minimum 3–5+ years of Financial Analysis experience within the Dubai/UAE market.
• Mandatory experience in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, consumer healthcare, or FMCG company.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) and Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong understanding of IFRS.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong commercial acumen.
