Job Description
The candidate will lead Outcome-Based Evaluation Framework implementation, local and international accreditation cycles (both programmatic and institutional), University ranking, institutional research, and continuous improvement across programs and administrative units, in line with UAE MOHESR/CAA standards and the OBF Framework, reporting directly to the Dean of Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the College QA framework aligned with GMU’s OBF and UAE MOE/CAA standards; ensure readiness for internal/external reviews.
- Oversee accreditation, licensure, and periodic review submissions; manage site-visit logistics and evidence rooms.
- Drive institutional research, data collection, and analytics for evidence-based decisions; deliver KPI dashboards.
- Lead program reviews, curriculum mapping, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) with Program Directors/Chairs.
- Conduct internal audits and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); verify effectiveness.
- Build a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across academic and administrative units.
Qualifications & Background
- Master’s degree required; PhD preferred in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in higher education, with a strong track record in quality assurance, accreditation, or institutional effectiveness.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality assurance and accreditation in higher education.
- Candidates with academic or administrative experience in health sciences are especially encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with UAE MOE/CAA standards and international accreditation frameworks is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI dashboards, data analytics, and institutional research.
