Job Description



Purpose

The Senior Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for overseeing and conducting inspection and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). This role plays a critical part in implementing and enforcing quality policies and procedures on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enforce adherence to all quality assurance procedures throughout every phase of production in line with the company’s standards.
  • Record detailed reports of quality issues, identify root causes, and document the corrective and preventive actions taken.
  • Develop and maintain process checklists and collaborate closely with Quality Supervisors and Managers to ensure consistent application of QA protocols.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections of incoming raw materials from vendors and outgoing finished products prior to shipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits of processes and systems to ensure alignment with quality management policies.
  • Perform routine audits and inspections of production and warehouse facilities to ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are met.
  • Perform random checks on logistics operations, including the hygiene and protective measures of trucks during loading.
  • Prepare daily quality analysis reports, batch inspection reports, and positive release reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology or related subjects
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in food and beverage manufacturing, preferably in beverages manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food hygiene regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety procedures and quality control standards.
  • Excellent investigation and analytical skills for root cause analysis and problem resolution.
