Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely support on insurance queries from members and address claim disputes by working towards fair and timely settlements.
- Coordinate & negotiate effectively with insurance providers, healthcare facilities, TPA’s and clients to ensure efficient claims resolution.
- Analyze claim documentation ,medical reports & process medical insurance claims in line with policy terms and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate claim records and reports while ensuring compliance with UAE insurance regulations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes in medical insurance.
Essential Requirments
- Degree/Professional Qualifications in Medical Sciences
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in the Insurance Industry or Medical Provider
- Sound knowledge of Health Insurance Policies, coverage, and claims-handling process in the UAE
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Capable of independently managing the health claim from initial reporting to the final solution
- Provide timely support to Insured members for approvals, queries, troubleshooting with TPAs, etc.
