We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare & review BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets
✅ Manage contracts, variations, and claims
✅ Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with budgets
✅ Carry out quantity take-offs using AutoCAD & PlanSwift
✅ Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
✅ Provide commercial and cost advice to project management
✅ Prepare progress claims, reports, and final accounts
✅ Mentor and guide junior QS staff

Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
🔹 Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in UAE
🔹 Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & PlanSwift software
🔹 Proficiency in cost management and contract administration FIDIC
🔹 Strong Knowledge in FIDIC & POMI
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
