Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the Ready Mix Pumping Superintendent, the role manages daily site inspections & safety requirements, ensuring accurate site visit information is communicated to dispatch and planning teams.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • · Receives site assignment from pumping superintendents.
  • · Conducts pre-assessment form new/ongoing customer site.
  • · Coordinate with the relevant team to register and plan site logistics to ensure safety during the pouring process.
  • · Processes customer information.
  • · Coordinates with central dispatch and commercial team regarding on-site findings
  • · Monitors safety compliance on site.
  • · Inspects sites readiness & identifies check for unsafe conditions before poring
  • · Reallocates mobile pump after completing the delivery in coordination with the relevant team
  • · Provides feedback regarding actual pouring conditions.
  • · Oversees approval and consolidation of pump sheets from customers.
  • · Ensures proper use & set up of mobile and static pump equipment on site.
  • · Conducts site risk assessment periodically.
  • · Records concrete rejection and its causes, works closely with our technical team.
  • · Develops procedures & process to enhance site safety and effective concrete placement.
  • · Maintains cleanliness of equipment & working area.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Education/Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or any related profession.
  • Membership of UAE Society of Engineer is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the same field.
  • English language proficiency is a must (Hindi & Arabic language is a plus).
  • Job Specific Competencies/Operational Knowledge:
  • Experience in a ready-mix concrete industry.
  • comprehensive expertise of pumps and placing booms.
  • Knowledge of construction process & equipment.
  • Pump equipment safety operating parameters.
  • Knowledge in plant safety rules & regulations.
  • Understanding customer needs.
  • Skilled in Excel/PowerPoint.
