About the Role
As a Site Engineer (Civil), you will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring all work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will work closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, to ensure smooth site operations and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
✅ Execute and monitor civil engineering works in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
✅ Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
✅ Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
✅ Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
✅ Assist in planning and managing site resources, materials, and manpower.
✅ Oversee stormwater management and drainage infrastructure works where applicable.
✅ Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions to site challenges.
✅ Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to engineering and construction standards.
✅ Support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities.

Qualifications & Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
📌 Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles and construction practices.
📌 Experience in site supervision and practical implementation of civil works.
📌 Knowledge of stormwater management systems and infrastructure projects.
📌 Proficiency in project planning, coordination, and execution.
📌 Commitment to maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
📌 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
📌 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
📌 Previous experience in infrastructure, roads, utilities, or civil construction projects is an advantage.
