Job Description

Basic Purpose of the role

Dermatologists are medical doctors responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of skin ailments. They advise patients on skincare and treatments if necessary. 

Key responsibilities of the role

Analyze the results from diagnostic skin tests

Provide treatments based on tests 

Recommend treatments

Inform on different treatment options and solutions

Advice on skin health tips and best practices

Recommend appropriate products 

Evaluate patients before major surgical or other medical procedures

Refer patients to specialists as the situation requires

Track and maintain patients’ records regularly

Work with an EMR system

Adhere with laws and regulations
