Talent Acquisition Associate – UAE National
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting and executing end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume store level recruitment across GCC markets. The role focuses on high-volume hiring, coordinating online and overseas interviews, and managing recruitment through all sources and partners to ensure timely and quality hiring aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for store level roles (store management, team member, drivers, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and field recruitment drives
- Proactively approach local driving institutes and external manpower suppliers to fulfill urgent hiring requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with driving schools, fleet partners, and recruitment vendors
- Conduct initial screening, including verification of driving licenses and eligibility
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, driving tests, and assessments
- Maintain a strong pipeline of driver candidates to meet hiring targets
- Handle bulk hiring campaigns and recruitment events
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (valid licenses, permits, background checks)
- Coordinate with operations teams for onboarding and deployment
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Provide a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all open positions
Qualifications and experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in bulk hiring, preferably for retail, hospitality, or F&B Industries
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet high-volume hiring targets
Good coordination and organizational skills
Knowledge and skills
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with online & in person interview platforms and recruitment tools.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to travel for recruitment campaigns when required.
Proficiency in MS Office.
