We Are Hiring:

Position General Accountant
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a General Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting experience within the UAE real estate development or construction sector, with strong knowledge of general accounting functions and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger management
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support budgeting and financial reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes

Requirements

✔ 3–4 years of UAE experience in real estate development or construction
✔ Strong knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting
✔ Experience with accounting systems and advanced Excel
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Education

• CA / CPA / ACCA (Intermediate level acceptable) – Mandatory
