Job Description
The ideal candidate will be Support Line Manager in performing accounting and finance related tasks and to achieve financial objectives in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for posting the daily entries for all assigned companies (e.g., GL, Fixed Assets, Invoicing, Sales invoices, Purchase invoices, bank entries)
- Reconciliation of Intercompany, bank, Vendor, Customer and GL.
- Preparation of Sales Invoice, Debit Note and Credit note.
- Support Line Manager in all assigned tasks related to account and finance for Group companies (e.g., external audit, VAT Schedules, etc.).
- Support Ad-Hoc projects as requested by Line Manager.
- Adhere to company values (excellence, integrity, relationships, accountable)
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or similar field
- Fresh graduate or 1+ years’ experience
