We’re seeking a meticulous and driven Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai (on-site). This is a full-time role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 3–4 years of UAE accounting experience, particularly in real estate. You’ll manage financial records, ensure compliance, and provide key insights to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, expenses) using accounting software.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and VAT returns.
• Monitor expenses and provide analysis for cost optimization.

Compliance & Audits:

• Ensure adherence to UAE accounting standards and tax regulations (VAT, DTCM tourism tax).
• Process DTCM payments and landlord financial requests (statements, net income reports).
• Support external audits with precise documentation.

Operational Support:

• Manage vendor/customer invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Handle payroll processing, cash deposits, and ledger reconciliations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline financial processes.

Qualifications

• Education: ACCA/CPA qualified or finalist (preferred).
• Experience: 3–4 years in a mid-to-senior accounting role, ideally within UAE real estate or property management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally), advanced Excel, and UAE VAT compliance.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork.
