Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accounting Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Dubai. The specialist will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards while contributing to our innovative real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

– Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and various financial transactions.

– Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.

– Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenses related to real estate projects.

– Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and financial reporting standards.

– Reconcile bank statements and ledgers to maintain accuracy.

– Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports for senior management.

– Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to track expenditures effectively.

– Manage all invoicing processes, including tracking payments and handling commission payables to employees and third parties.

– Provide foresight reports to the Board of Directors on departmental expenditures and financial allocations for expansion.

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.

✅ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).

✅ Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws, financial regulations, and WPS processing.

✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
