Job Purpose

Budgeting and control enable an organization to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the entire budgeting process.

Roles , Responsibilities, Duties

Budgeting & Controls

  • Comply with operations request regarding creation of Budget ID’s.
  • Managing the backfilling request for the resigned staff.
  • Ensure supplying the annual budgets for all the projects and other departments.
  • Coordinate with the operations on a day-to-day basis regarding managing the budgets within the same Costs buckets by transferring between the internal orders.
  • Ensuring that the budgets released for consumables, subcontractors and one-off jobs are in line with the approved management budgets.
  • Budget uploads and extension based on approval.
  • Creating Asset Codes in line with companies’ policies.
  • Support management with any ad-hoc requests related to the job role.

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.

Experience and Skills:

Industry experience:

  • 2 years of professional experience

  • Proficient in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).
