Adjunct Faculty in Marketing (with Digital Marketing Focus)
The College of Business Administration at Ajman University invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty position in Marketing, with a particular focus on Digital Marketing, beginning in the Spring Semester of the 2025–26 academic year.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Ph.D. in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field from a reputable, preferably AACSB-accredited, university.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level in marketing and digital marketing courses.
- Strong knowledge and experience in core digital marketing areas, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, analytics, and e-commerce.
- Relevant industry or consulting experience that bridges academic learning with real-world digital marketing practices.
- Ability to design innovative, technology-driven course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction in a range of Marketing and Digital Marketing courses, ensuring alignment with course objectives and active student engagement.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support learning.
- Develop, update, and organize instructional resources, syllabi, and project-based assignments that reflect both traditional and digital marketing practices.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and culturally sensitive classroom environment.
- Inspire and motivate students to develop marketing skills, digital literacy, and professional growth.
- Integrate case studies, industry projects, and digital platforms into teaching for practical learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to enrich teaching and student experience.
