About the Role:
We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy AI Creative Content Producer to lead the development of next-generation visual content using cutting-edge generative AI tools.
This role is responsible for transforming ideas into high-impact AI-generated videos, images, campaign visuals, product storytelling, and futuristic social media creatives — enabling the brand to produce fast, innovative, and visually stunning content at scale.
The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of creative direction, AI media generation, prompt engineering, and digital storytelling, and is deeply familiar with emerging tools shaping the future of content production.
Key Responsibilities:AI Video & Visual Content Creation
- Produce high-quality AI-generated videos, cinematic teasers, launch visuals, and social-first media assets.
- Create dynamic product content including:
- launch trailers
- futuristic ads
- motion posters
- animated social creatives
- impossible concept visuals
- Generate premium AI images for campaigns, packaging mockups, and presentations.
- Develop rapid visual prototypes for marketing ideas and product concepts.
Prompt Engineering & Creative Direction
- Build and optimize advanced prompts for visual consistency and cinematic quality.
- Translate brand briefs into AI-ready creative workflows.
- Experiment with new AI storytelling formats and visual trends.
- Maintain consistency of brand aesthetics across all generated outputs.
AI Tools & Workflow Management
- Operate and stay updated with industry-leading tools such as:
- Higgsfield
- Seedance
- Runway
- Midjourney
- Kling
- Pika
- Test new AI tools continuously and integrate best workflows into production.
- Build internal prompt libraries and reusable visual systems.
Marketing & Social Media Support
- Create high-speed content assets for:
- Instagram reels
- TikTok ads
- paid media campaigns
- launch countdowns
- event visuals
- Support the digital marketing team with scroll-stopping visual concepts.
- Develop trend-driven AI content that increases virality and audience attention.
Product Concept Visualization
- Create AI visualizations for:
- future packaging ideas
- retail stand concepts
- product launches
- experiential pop-ups
- campaign pre-visualization
- Help management and innovation teams “see” ideas before execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Marketing
- Social Media
- Packaging Design
- Innovation
- Events & Activations
- Translate campaigns and concepts into AI-generated media assets rapidly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Design, Animation, Film, Digital Arts, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years experience in content creation, digital media, motion design, or AI creative production.
- Proven hands-on expertise in:
- Higgsfield
- Seedance
- Runway
- Midjourney
- Kling or similar tools
- Strong prompt engineering and visual storytelling ability.
- Good understanding of social media formats and paid ad creatives.
- Basic video editing and post-production knowledge.
- Highly experimental, trend-aware, and fast-moving mindset.
- Strong aesthetic eye and cinematic composition skills.
- Fluent in English.
