Job Description

The Quality Assurance Consumer Sales Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring that consumer sales operations meet established quality standards.

Responsibilities

QUALITY ASSURANCE

•Monitoring and scrutinizing retail transactions to identify any errors, discrepancies, or fraudulent activities. This includes conducting regular audits of transaction records.

•Ensuring that all consumer sales processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

•Monitoring and analyzing consumer sales data to identify areas for improvement.

•Contributes to the enhancement of service quality and acts as a facilitator and coordinator in implementing the quality enhancement initiatives.

•Conducting audits and reviews of consumer sales processes to identify areas of improvement.

•Support internal and external stakeholders in any QA-related or audit requirements.

•Providing regular reports to senior management on the quality performance of consumer sales transactions.

•Coordinates monitors and reports the development and implementation of quality improvement plan, programs and procedures.

•Reports inconsistencies and/or possible loopholes in processes and policies as a fraud mitigation measures.

•Undergoing regular training to stay updated on the latest QA techniques, retail operations, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s in computer science, Computer Communication or Business or IT-related fields

Retail and telco experience, QA background, analytical skills, written/verbal communication, interpersonal skills, investigative/problem solving, collaboration and understanding, prioritization and time management, analyze results
