Job Purpose

The Data & Marketing Intelligence Assistant Manager for Hardee’s Middle East is responsible for driving data-driven decision making across the marketing function. The role focuses on marketing analytics, customer insights, and advanced measurement frameworks to optimize marketing effectiveness and overall business performance across the region. Within Americana Restaurants, the role plays a key part in enabling data-led marketing strategies across a large, multi-brand QSR portfolio, supporting sustainable growth and improved customer engagement. It also contributes to strengthening analytics capabilities and enhancing decision-making through actionable insights across regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing performance analytics across all marketing channels for Hardee’s Middle East
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track marketing performance and key business KPIs
  • Analyze customer data, behavioral trends, and marketing performance to generate actionable insights
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing leadership and stakeholders
  • Support campaign optimization through performance tracking, reporting, and data-driven recommendations
  • Lead Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives to measure and improve marketing effectiveness
  • Provide strategic insights to support marketing investment decisions and resource allocation
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across internal and external data sources
  • Support regional benchmarking and performance analysis across Middle East markets
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness through data-led insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Digital, Finance, and external partners
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver insights in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or marketing intelligence roles
  • Experience in FMCG, QSR, retail, or multi-brand environments is preferred
  • Strong experience in marketing performance tracking, reporting, and campaign analysis
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Exposure to regional or multi-market environments is an advantage

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and marketing performance measurement
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
