JOB DESCRIPTION :
Assistant Manager- Marketing – Influencer Marketing & PR will play a key role in shaping and executing Home Centre’s influencer and PR strategy across the MENA region. Working closely with the wider Brand & Social teams, this role will drive culturally relevant influencer partnerships, support PR initiatives, and ensure consistent brand storytelling across markets – particularly UAE and KSA.
The ideal candidate combines strong influencer ecosystem knowledge and hands-on social media experience with the ability to work across agencies, creators, media partners, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities for Internal Candidates
Influencer Marketing
- Support end-to-end influencer campaign management across UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers that match Home Centre’s brand tone, aesthetics, and values.
- Oversee influencer coordination for brand, commercial, and IP-led campaigns such as events, collection launches, and seasonal activities.
- Monitor influencer performance, engagement quality, content output, and compliance with briefs.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time, with clear communication, and strong relationships with creators.
PR & Earned Media Support
- Work in collaboration with PR agencies to amplify campaigns and content media outreach.
- Assist in drafting and localizing PR briefs, influencer talking points, and campaign narratives.
- Support event-based PR activities, including influencer events, previews, launches, and store openings.
- Track PR coverage, influencer buzz, and media value across markets.
Social Media & Content Alignment
- Collaborate with the Social Media team to ensure influencer content aligns with ongoing and campaign content.
- Guide influencers on content formats, platforms, and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Keep updated on platform trends, creator formats, and regional content behaviours.
- Coordinate with internal teams – Brand, Social, Trade Marketing, E-commerce- for seamless campaign execution.
- Support adaptations for the Arabic market, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.
- Liaise with agencies to manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
Qualifications for Internal Candidates
Must-Have
- 1 – 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, or Social Media (brand or agency side)
- Good understanding of influencer ecosystems in UAE and Saudi Arabia
- Hands-on experience working with TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and emerging social platforms
- Ability to assess influencer quality beyond follower count (content, credibility, engagement, relevance, and brand fitment)
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Good to Have / Preferred
- Working knowledge of Arabic language (spoken and/or written)
- Exposure to retail, lifestyle, home, fashion, or consumer brands
- Experience collaborating with PR agencies and media partners
