Associate Creative Director – Social
Job Description
Viola Communications is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director in Social Media to lead creative thinking and execution across social platforms. The role ensures culturally relevant, platform native, and high performing content while guiding teams and shaping social storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define creative direction for social content.
- Ensure ideas are platform native and culturally relevant.
- Oversee content calendars, formats, and storytelling.
- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
- Guide social creatives, copywriters, and designers.
- Provide feedback and mentorship.
- Work with strategy, media, and account teams.
- Align content with campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and content formats.
- Encourage experimentation and creative risk.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience in social or digital content.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms.
- Social first thinking
