Corporate Functions IT Business Partner
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Requirements:
o Work closely with HR, Legal and Finance leadership to understand strategic objectives and translate complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
o Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives to deliver maximum business value.
- Â System Identification and Implementation:
o Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify the best-fit technology solutions (tools, platforms, or systems) that meet the structural needs of the Legal, HR and Finance departments.
o Lead the entire product lifecycle, including selection, configuration, testing, and deployment of new or enhanced systems.
- Agile and Delivery Management:
o Manage the product backlog (prioritization, refinement, and grooming) for the development team.
o Act as the primary decision-maker for scope and priority during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- User Training and Adoption:
o Develop and execute comprehensive training plans and materials for end-users across Legal, HR and Finance.
o Serve as the subject matter expert, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure high system utilization and proficiency.
- Monitoring and Follow-up:
o Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of implemented systems.
o Monitor system performance, gather user feedback post-launch, and iterate on solutions to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, IT Business Partner or similar role, specifically working with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and/or financial systems (ERP, general ledger, etc.) and/or Legal systems (contract…)Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, or a related field.Â
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business requirements to IT teams.Â
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of structuring ambiguous requirements into clear deliverables.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Â Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party implementation partners.
