Chartered Accountant – Junior

About the job

We are currently looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our accounting and tax consultancy firm. The role involves supporting client accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting requirements across various industries in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and an interest in taxation and consultancy services. The candidate will work closely with senior professionals in handling client assignments related to accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, audit support, and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing accounting and bookkeeping activities for clients
  • Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports
  • Support VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, filing, and documentation
  • Review accounting records and maintain financial accuracy
  • Assist with audit assignments and supporting documentation
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations
  • Coordinate with clients for financial and compliance-related information
  • Support senior consultants in advisory and financial reporting tasks
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of client records
  • Assist in identifying accounting and tax-related issues and discrepancies

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified CA or CA Finalist
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Basic knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Internship or prior experience in accounting, audit, or taxation is preferred

Salary

AED 6,000 – AED 8,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
