Role Description The Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across digital platforms, including websites, social media, and internal communications. Day-to-day tasks include generating ideas aligned with AFQ Holding’s brand and portfolio, producing written, visual, and multimedia content, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is consistent and accurate. The Content Creator will also assist in managing content calendars, optimizing content for audience engagement, and tracking performance metrics to inform future content initiatives. Coordination with marketing and communication teams to support campaigns, corporate announcements, and thought leadership pieces is a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in content creation, including writing, storytelling, and basic graphic or multimedia production.
- Experience with social media management, digital platforms, and audience engagement techniques.
- Ability to plan and organize content calendars, coordinate with internal teams, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic content and design tools (e.g., CMS platforms, presentation tools, image or video editing software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to adapt content to different brands and target audiences.
- Previous experience in a corporate, investment, or holding company environment is a plus.
