Content Creator

Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Content Creator to join our creative team. You’ll be responsible for developing, producing, and editing engaging content for a variety of brands and platforms. If you’re creative, confident in front of the camera, up to date with social media trends, and enjoy turning ideas into engaging content, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative content ideas, concepts, scripts, hooks, and storyboards for different brands.
• Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form video content.
• Be confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera and presenting content when required.
• Plan and participate in content shoots, including filming and basic production.
• Edit videos using CapCut Pro, including transitions, captions, effects, and sound.
• Research social media trends, viral content, and platform-specific formats to create relevant content.
• Work closely with Social Media Managers, Account Managers, Designers, and other creative teams.
• Develop content according to each client’s brand identity, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple content projects and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines.
• Use AI tools to support content ideation, scripting, editing, research, and overall workflow.
• Review content performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator within a digital/marketing/advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in social media and short-form video content.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
• Strong video editing skills, particularly CapCut Pro.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation is an advantage.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
