Role Description This full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role is based in Dubai and supports ELVN Interiors’ digital presence. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content across social platforms to showcase villa renovation and fit-out projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating photo and video assets, writing captions and short-form copy, scheduling posts, and monitoring comments and messages to foster community engagement. The role also involves collaborating with design and project teams to capture behind-the-scenes content, aligning posts with brand guidelines, and analyzing performance metrics to refine content strategies. The Social Media Content Creator will stay informed about interior design trends and platform best practices to ensure the brand’s online presence is consistent, polished, and impactful.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form copywriting, caption writing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with photography and videography for social platforms, including basic editing using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar software.
• Ability to plan and manage content calendars, schedule posts, and track performance across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, brand voice, and audience engagement techniques in the interior design or related lifestyle sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects on-site in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort collaborating with designers, project managers, and clients during site visits and content shoots.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in social media roles for interior design, architecture, real estate, or luxury brands is a plus.

What you’ll do:

• Own the content calendar and posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for both Elvn Interiors and WAF.property.
• Plan and shoot photo and video content on location — renovations, interiors, properties, and behind-the-scenes.
• Edit raw footage and photos into polished, platform-ready posts, reels, stories, and YouTube videos.
• Write captions and manage day-to-day publishing and community engagement.
• Coordinate shoot logistics with the team, and work alongside outside professional photographers on select luxury shoots.
• Track post and channel performance, and adjust the content approach based on what’s working.
• Stay on top of platform trends relevant to interiors, property, and lifestyle content.
