Content Creator & Video Editor

We are looking for a creative, Passionate and highly motivated Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and create engaging social media content using an iPhone/ Camera.
• Edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and content strategies.
• Create creative concepts, storyboards, and content ideas for our brands and leadership team.
• Handle basic lighting, framing, and audio setup for professional-looking content.
• Design captions, hooks, and visual elements that improve engagement.
• Assist in planning, shooting, and editing podcasts as the role expands.
• Manage and organize video assets and content libraries.

Requirements

• Strong skills in video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

Experience creating reels, shorts, and social media content.

• Good understanding of lighting, composition, and smartphone videography.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with podcast editing is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about content creation, Lives and breathes social media.
• Comfortable experimenting with new content formats.
• Wants to grow into a full-scale content producer handling reels, podcasts, interviews, and brand storytelling.
