Long-Form Content Strategist / Creative Director
We are looking for a high-impact, idea-driven Creative Director to lead long-form content for a fast-growing personal brand and a premium brokerage platform.
This is not a typical content role. You will own the narrative, shape storytelling at scale and build a content engine across YouTube, editorial platforms and campaign-level storytelling.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop and execute a long-form content strategy aligned with brand positioning
- Script, produce, and oversee high-quality long-form videos (documentaries, vlogs, deep-dives, event coverage)
- Build and manage a structured editorial calendar with a consistent publishing cadence
- Lead creative direction across campaigns, ensuring strong visual and messaging consistency
- Analyze performance data and continuously optimize content strategy
What Success Looks Like
- Minimum 4 long-form pieces published per month
- 50%+ average view retention on YouTube
- Consistent growth in subscribers and content reach
- Development of 2+ campaign concepts per quarter
- Clear, data-driven monthly performance reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated success in growing content platforms (portfolio required)
- Ability to show real metrics (views, retention, engagement, growth)
- Strong experience creating content 10+ minutes in length
- Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing and audience retention
- Track record of 1M+ views of content or viral campaigns
- Ability to replicate and scale winning content formats
- Strong storytelling, scripting, and communication skills
- On-camera confidence is a strong advantage
- Experience working with high-profile influencers (5M+ audience) is preferred
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with international content sensibility (European/Western exposure preferred)
- Strong understanding of premium brand positioning and storytelling
This role is strictly for candidates with proven long-form content experience and measurable results. Short-form-only creators will not be considered.
