As part of The Independents Group, CTZAR partners with brands & maisons across industries such as luxury, lifestyle, fashion, beauty and wines & spirits. The agency goal is clear – to support these brands & maisons on social media, influence and content creation. KEY ROLE

  • You will define and execute the artistic direction for the brand, setting visual guidelines and creating social-first concepts. Collaborating with the production team, you’ll oversee shoots, ensuring your concepts are brought to life with high-quality visuals. Your role will be key in shaping the brand’s presence across digital platforms.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Social Media Content Development: Contribute to the creation of editorial calendars for various clients and produce static or animated content (photo montages, mood boards, simple video edits, graphic design…).
  • Pre-sales and Pitching: Design and create social media activations. Create graphics and iconographic research to illustrate client recommendations (mock-ups for social networks, photo and video mood boards, illustrating event flows, concepts…).
  • Photo/Video Shoots: Work with photographers or directors in content productions for your client, both in studio or outdoors (preparation, artistic intent, setting up the scenography, behind-the-scenes, post-production…).
  • Presentations: Defend your ideas internally and with the client, providing suggestions with the support of the project teams.

KEY ATTRIBUTES | QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 to 8 years of experience, ideally with a background in social media and production.
  • Excellent knowledge of formats, codes, and trends on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin.
  • Ability to be creative and innovative.
  • High visual standards and strong aesthetic sense with experience working with luxury brands and highly demanding clients.
  • Autonomy and ability to propose original ideas.
  • Curiosity and open-mindedness.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic. French is a plus but not mandatory.
