Cricket Coach Vacancy

We are looking for a professional and passionate Cricket Coach to join our team and help develop players aged 6 to 18 years. Our facilities include grass cricket grounds, training nets, and participation in the DASSA Schools Competition Program.

Requirements

Qualifications

ICC, ECB, or Cricket Australia (CA) Level 1 or Level 2 Coaching Certification.
Previous school coaching experience is an advantage.
Valid Sports Coaching License (mandatory).
Dubai Sports Council Coaching Permit (or eligibility to obtain one).
Valid First Aid Certification.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience coaching youth teams or cricket academies.
Professional or semi-professional cricket playing experience is highly desirable.

Skills

Strong coaching abilities in:
Batting
Bowling
Fielding
Session planning and player development.
Match management and team preparation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate young athletes and build team spirit.
Fluent English language proficiency (spoken and written).
Key Responsibilities
Coach and manage 3–4 age groups (U8, U12, U16, etc.).
Develop seasonal training plans and player development pathways.
Identify and nurture talented players.
Prepare school teams for DASSA Cricket Competitions.
Organize and lead Cricket Summer Camps.
Communicate regularly with parents and provide player progress reports.
Ensure proper maintenance of cricket equipment and player safety standards.
Promote discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork among players.
