Job Title: Customer Acquisition Manager

Role Summary
The Customer Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving new‑to‑bank customer growth through digital‑first acquisition strategies. The role focuses on scaling high‑quality customer acquisition at optimal cost, managing the full acquisition funnel, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. The incumbent works cross‑functionally with marketing, product / proposition, technology, analytics, and compliance teams to deliver sustainable growth aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition Strategy
– Own end‑to‑end acquisition strategy for assigned banking products and customer segments.
– Define acquisition targets, budgets, channel mix, and CPA benchmarks in line with annual business plans.
– Identify high‑value customer segments and tailor acquisition approaches accordingly.
– Lead go‑to‑market plans for new product launches and propositions.
Digital & Performance Marketing
– Manage performance marketing across paid digital channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.
– Should have hands‑on experience with media platforms and dashboards including, but not limited to Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
– Optimize campaigns for downstream events such as account opening, KYC completion, and funding.
– Drive continuous testing and optimization of creatives, audiences, and conversion journeys in collaboration with marketing & media agency.
Budget & Financial Management
– Own and manage acquisition budgets across media and marketing collaterals.
– Track spends, CPA trends, and ROI across channels.
– Provide forecasts, variance analysis, and optimization recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Compliance & Governance
– Ensure all acquisition activities comply with banking regulations, CPR guidelines, DED approvals, and internal policies.
Reporting & Analytics
– Own performance dashboards and regular reporting across channels and customer segments.
– Work extensively with MarTech and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and mobile measurement tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, etc.
– Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency.
– Present concise, data‑driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
– Support root cause analysis for performance or system‑related issues.

Skills & Experience
– 8–10 years of experience in customer acquisition, digital marketing, or growth roles
– Strong hands‑on expertise with media dashboards such as Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
– Solid understanding of the affiliate ecosystem, including performance‑based acquisition models
– Strong experience working with MarTech and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, etc.
– Experience within banking, fintech, or regulated financial services preferred
– Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
