Customer Acquisition Manager, NEOBIZ
Key Result Areas
– Design and deliver key customer acquisition targets via PPC + Search + for all banking products.
– Manage customer journey from app downloads to account opening to funding.
– Manage the sales team to stem drop offs and improve fulfillment efficiencies.
– Work with Tech /Ops / Credit / Business / Compliance to improve customer experience and scale up acquisitions.
To work closely and generate new business with licensing authorities & CSPs.

– The job holder will be operating within well-defined and demarcated business areas and is required to adhere to the policies and guidelines set out in the Bank’s Policy Manual.
Candidate must effectively / actively liaise with his superiors and direct reports within the business unit to achieve business objectives.

Ability to see the big picture, join the dots and align all stakeholders towards flawless execution. The candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to understand business goals and optimize campaigns to deliver desired results.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Bachelor or MBA/ master’s degree in marketing or related field. Experience in Business Banking / e-commerce with focus on customer acquisition, Strategy, design, implementation etc. Track record in managing people.
