Job Purpose:

The Senior Associate Talent Acquisition professional will lead our corporate hiring efforts across the UAE and 8+ countries within the MENA region. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer management and onboarding, while acting as a trusted partner to business leaders.

The role also oversees recruitment reporting, talent pipeline management, and ensures a seamless candidate experience aligned with the organization’s employer brand and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Cycle Recruitment Management

  • Manage end to end recruitment for corporate roles across the UAE and other MENA markets.
  • Drive timely, high quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and structured interview approaches.

Business Partnering

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce planning needs and define talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide market insights and consultative guidance on hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive positioning within the MENA region.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, challenging and influencing stakeholders where appropriate to ensure quality hiring decisions.

Metrics and Reporting

  • Ensure all recruitment data is consistently updated and maintained within the ATS and reporting tools to enable accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics including time to fill, pipeline health, and hiring progress.
  • Leverage data insights to optimize processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for corporate recruitment activities.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring timelines and expectations.
  • Ensure recruitment efforts are delivered in line with agreed service levels and business priorities.

Candidate Experience

  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience through timely updates, transparent communication, and professional engagement throughout the hiring journey.
  • Ensure every candidate interaction reinforces the organization’s employer brand and values.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes for efficiency, scalability, and quality.
  • Adopt best practices, tools, and innovations to improve hiring outcomes and reduce time to fill.
  • Support digital recruitment initiatives and ATS optimization efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven talent acquisition experience within the UAE/MENA region.
  • Experience managing recruitment for Retail, Food & Beverage or similar large-scale operational hiring across multiple geographies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting, very detail-oriented and data-centric with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder management and candidate engagement.
  • Proficient in excel, recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and reporting software.
  • Excellent English communication skills is required. Arabic is an advantage.
