Freelance Digital Marketing – F&B Launch
 

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for a new protein and prebiotic soda brand entering the UAE and Indian markets. You will be responsible for building the brand’s social media presence from the ground up, defining its voice and visual identity, and executing campaigns that resonate with local consumers. The position requires close collaboration with the founding team to develop and implement a go-to-market strategy, manage influencer and creator partnerships, and oversee daily content planning and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health, wellness, or functional beverages and a deep understanding of the UAE or Indian consumer landscape.

Deliverables

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Define and maintain the brand’s voice and visual identity for digital channels
• Plan, launch, and manage influencer and creator partnerships tailored to UAE and Indian audiences
• Oversee daily content planning, scheduling, and community management
• Collaborate with the founding team on go-to-market initiatives and campaign planning
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and audience engagement
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or content strategy within CPG, F&B, or wellness sectors
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to build or scale a brand’s social presence
• Native-level understanding of either the UAE or Indian consumer market
• Preference for candidates based in the UAE or India; remote considered for those with deep market familiarity
• Expertise in influencer marketing, content planning, and digital campaign management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Passion for health, wellness, or functional beverages
