About ISA

ISA Bullion (UAE) and ISA Gold (South Africa) are two precious-metals businesses operated from our Dubai office. ISA Bullion serves UAE, GCC and international clients; ISA Gold serves the South African market. Across both, we serve customers who buy precious metals as a store of wealth, but not only as a buy-and-hold — many also want to trade, from first-time investors taking their first position to serious clients moving size. We are a tight, founder-led team, and we are bringing our marketing function in-house to own the customer experience end-to-end.

The role

You will own marketing for both brands from our Dubai office: paid acquisition, the websites, content, email, and the customer journey from first click to repeat purchase, across two markets (UAE/GCC/international and South Africa), two currencies, and two customer behaviours (store-of-wealth buyers and active traders). Roughly 30% of your time will sit at the operational seam between marketing, sales, dealing room, finance, and our SA operations team, building the process that makes both businesses run as one coordinated system. You will be supported, not directed; the operating mode is autonomy with weekly accountability.

This role is built for the AI era. We expect you to live in modern tooling: Claude, Cowork, Cursor, Notion, Figma, GA4, BigQuery, programmatic platforms and to spend more time building systems than executing one-off tasks. If your last role was “managing an agency,” this is not the right role for you. If your last role was “shipping the work,” we should talk.

What you will do

•   Own paid media end-to-end across Google, Meta, and programmatic — for both UAE and SA — strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting.

•   Maintain both websites, ship campaign landing pages within 48 hours, and run conversion-rate experiments continuously.

•   Stand up and run the email and WhatsApp programs in both markets — welcome flows, gold-price triggers, post-purchase, retention.

•   Plan and ship the social and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for both markets, using AI tools to scale production.

•   Maintain server-side tracking, the analytics stack, and a single source of truth dashboard for leadership — with UAE and SA boards side-by-side.

•   Build cross-departmental SOPs and own the marketing–sales handoff for UAE and SA

•   Build AI and automation workflows that compound

•   Deliver a weekly numbers email and a monthly business review the leadership team relies on.

What we are looking for

•   4–6 years of marketing experience with proven full-funnel exposure (not just a channel specialist).

•   AED 3M+ of lifetime paid-media spend personally managed.

•   Hands-on builder: you ship pages, automations, creative, and analytics yourself rather than delegating every craft task.

•   Daily AI user for at least 12 months — Claude, Cowork, Cursor, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or equivalent with workflows you can demo.

•   Strong in GA4 and GTM; comfortable in a dashboarding tool of your choice. Basic SQL or BigQuery a plus.

•   Background in a brand-led or considered-purchase category (luxury, jewellery, finance, automotive, real estate, fintech, eCom).

•   Fluent English. Arabic a meaningful plus.

•   UAE-based

Nice to have

•   Bullion, precious metals, jewellery, or luxury watch experience.

•   Multi-market or multi-country marketing experience (especially MENA + Africa).

•   Familiarity with the South African consumer or market.

•   Both .com and physical-retail experience (omnichannel).

•   Founder-led or small-team experience — you have thrived without big-company scaffolding.

•   On-camera comfort for content or executive communications.
