Job Description

Handles daily office documentation, ensuring accurate filing, archiving, and support to multiple internal departments. Different from project DCs — this role supports corporate administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update office-level registers (correspondence, approvals, drawings, tenders).
  • Manage EDMS uploads, numbering, and distribution for office documentation.
  • Support tender submissions, contract documentation, and engineering deliverables.
  • Ensure documents comply with office filing systems, templates, and ISO standards.
  • Coordinate with project document controllers when needed.
  • Handle confidential HR/management documentation securely.

Qualifications

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in relevant industry.
  • Office documentation experience (not just site).
  • Strong organizational and archiving skills.
  • EDMS familiarity + strong MS Office skills.
  • Experience in engineering/construction office environments
  • Tendering/contract support experience
  • Aconex/SharePoint/EDMS
  • Strong Excel, PDF software, version control
  • File archiving & retrieval systems
  • Diploma or equivalent in Business/Admin
