Handles daily office documentation, ensuring accurate filing, archiving, and support to multiple internal departments. Different from project DCs — this role supports corporate administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update office-level registers (correspondence, approvals, drawings, tenders).
- Manage EDMS uploads, numbering, and distribution for office documentation.
- Support tender submissions, contract documentation, and engineering deliverables.
- Ensure documents comply with office filing systems, templates, and ISO standards.
- Coordinate with project document controllers when needed.
- Handle confidential HR/management documentation securely.
Qualifications
- 5 – 10 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Office documentation experience (not just site).
- Strong organizational and archiving skills.
- EDMS familiarity + strong MS Office skills.
- Experience in engineering/construction office environments
- Tendering/contract support experience
- Aconex/SharePoint/EDMS
- Strong Excel, PDF software, version control
- File archiving & retrieval systems
- Diploma or equivalent in Business/Admin
