Document Controller – UAE National


For the Document Controller role, you will be supporting the Energy & Industry team, on large projects to facilitate the review and approval process for documents and to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to company policies.

What You’ll Do

As a Document Controller, you will manage day to day the projects documents (commercial and technical documents) to ensure consistency and accuracy in documentation processes. You will maintain and organize the system for archiving and storing historical documents but also facilitate the review and approval process for documents to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to company policies.

Through this process, you will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and incorporate necessary revisions and perform quality checks on revised documents/ drawings to ensure changes are correctly marked to indicate modifications.

You will also play a key role by providing document control support for project management and construction site representatives, by managing technical and vendor documentation receipt, distribution, and transmittal back to Contractor through their systems.

Finally, you will coordinate the inspection of other required documents with client, customer, and plant and ensure compliance with document retention policies and legal requirements.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering related studies

Proficient in English and Arabic – (written and verbal)

Advance skills in Microsoft Office Applications – Specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

UAE National with the UAE Family Book

Currently located in Dubai or willing to relocate or commute.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Cross-departmental communication skills
