- Ensure the cleanliness and cleaners in the offices. (Daily Basis)
- Manage office facilities. (Daily Basis)
- Creating all PR related to admin work.
- Ordering of office supplies & stationary.
- Managing any short notice work or event. (Depends on work)
- Monitor Security guards. (Daily Basis)
- Managing Camp related works. (As per email and stocks needed)
- Procurement of office and store’s needed stock. (As per requirement)
- Managing all the allocations needed. (As per requirement)
- Managing DEWA accounts for all the GCC stores. (Monthly basis)
- Managing ADDC accounts for the abu dhabi stores. (Monthly basis)
- Managing AADC accounts for the Al ain stores. (Monthly basis)
- Managing Pest control for all the HO, stores, offices. (As per requirement)
- Managing invoices received from different vendors. (Monthly basis)
- Managing Garbage collection by vendor trucks in all the office warehouses areas, staff accommodation. (Monthly basis)
- Doing PO box renewals every year. (Yearly basis)
- Managing the trade license renewal work and obtaining NOC certificate for JAFZA Head office. (Yearly Basis)
- Arranging Stationary items for offices. (As per requirement)
- Managing Lift inspections. (Monthly basis)
- Arranging First Aid and Firefighting trainings. (Yearly basis)
- Fixing if any assets damaged, repair work and maintenance. (as per requirement)
- Coordinating with Receptionists. (As per requirement)
