Luxury Real Estate Consultant
Job Summary
The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and executive support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO’s office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, leadership-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, supporting strategic and day-to-day activities, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and handling confidential matters with the highest level of integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate daily schedules to ensure effective time management and prioritization.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications on behalf of the CEO.
Meeting & Stakeholder Coordination
- Organize internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Liaise with senior management, board members, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless communication between the CEO and various departments.
Confidential Administration
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain secure filing systems for executive documentation and reports.
- Support CEO with confidential projects, communications, and decision-making processes.
Reporting & Presentation Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for executive meetings.
- Assist in compiling data, business updates, and performance summaries.
- Follow up on action items and deadlines across departments.
Office & Operational Support
- Support the CEO’s office operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
- Coordinate business events, executive visits, and corporate engagements.
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
