About the job

The Financial Analyst will support day-to-day finance operations, including reconciliations, journal entries, billing, month-end activities, and rolling forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Technical & Product

  • Maintain accurate records of journal entries, invoices, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor WIP and follow up to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Ensure billings are allocated to the correct accounts and invoices are properly processed.
  • Prepare supporting files for month-end closing activities.
  • Review journal entries and accounting transactions throughout the month and during month-end close.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and support accounts receivable collections.
  • Review vendor reconciliations and payment requests.
  • Monitor monthly actual vs. forecasted.
  • Provide required support for internal and external audits.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

  • Review POs and validate supporting documentation prior to approval.
  • Validate third-party invoices before submission for posting.
  • Review posted accounting entries to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.

Innovative & Analytical Mindset

  • Take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial or operational issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of finance processes.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst, Accounting, or similar finance role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
