Job Summary

The Digital Marketing/Social Media Executive manages and executes social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across INDEX Holding and its subsidiaries, using creative content, managing end-to-end execution of paid ad campaigns, and active audience interaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute the social media strategy across INDEX Holding and its subsidiaries
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant social networks
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content including posts, videos, and promotional materials
  • Plan and execute innovative social media campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Manage and optimize social media advertising budgets
  • Monitor trends and stay updated on developments in the social media landscape
  • Build and maintain relationships with social media platform representatives
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media activities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • Engage with audiences in real time by responding to comments, messages, and conversations
  • Monitor user-generated content to identify risks and opportunities, escalating issues when necessary
  • Coordinate and schedule content across multiple subsidiaries with high content volume
  • Optimize content using appropriate tagging, titles, and keywords to improve search visibility
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Drive growth in followers, engagement, and overall online community presence
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years of digital marketing and social media experience.
  • Experience in content creation, publishing, and management.
  • Creative thinker with strong content ideation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS, and design principles
  • Background in digital marketing, advertising, PR, or related field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
