Head of Growth and Marketing

Job Description

Deliver predictable pipeline through performance marketing, funnel optimization, and disciplined marketing operations (CRM, attribution, reporting).

Key Responsibilities
– Own demand generation: portals, paid media, SEO, retargeting, WhatsApp funnels.
– Manage funnel rules: scoring, qualification, routing, SLAs, and conversion improvement.
– Own CRM/attribution: data quality, automation, dashboards, weekly reporting cadence.
– Control performance budget; optimize CPL/CPQL/CAC and ROI by channel/segment.
– Run closed-loop alignment with Sales on lead quality and pipeline conversion.
– Govern tracking standards (UTMs, call tracking, landing pages) and testing roadmap


Requirements

7-10+ years in growth/performance with ROI accountability.
Hands-on CRM/automation and reporting/dashboarding experience.
Strong understanding of property portals and paid media optimization.
Experience partnering with Sales and enforcing SLAs.
Analytical, structured, and comfortable presenting to executives.
